The dining room at Burntside is rustic, yet elegant. The moment you step into the dining room at Burntside, you are greeted by a large spacious room with a bank of windows overlooking Burntside Lake. Warm knotty pine walls and the original black and white tables and chairs provide a wonderful atmosphere that hints at the past, while remaining firmly rooted in the present.

We are a restaurant that believes in cooking with the best ingredients, honoring the seasons and treating our guests with kindness.

We are proud to make and bake everything from scratch, in-house - including all of our desserts, ice creams, pastries, and breads.

Coffee & Pastries

Our coffee bar in the main Lodge offers fresh brewed coffee, cappuccino & espresso, and loose-leaf teas.

You'll find blueberry scones, muffins and chocolate chip cookies baked fresh daily to enjoy. We also offer baked cinnamon rolls, Finnish Pulla and gluten-free options.

Provisions & Dry Goods

In the main Lodge, you can pick-up a selection of items for your stay:

  We’ve been working with the Peterson family for years and love their approach to raising livestock. Enjoy these blended burgers and brats from right here in Minnesota!
